The Owner Process
We work hard to make sure our property owners don’t have to work much at all. Each property is different, but here are the basic steps you’ll go through when we take over management of your rental property:

Discovery Call
Give us a call at 804-999-6190 or complete this form so we can gather some basic information about your rental property.

Property Visit
We can provide a basic rental recommendation with information gathered on the Discovery Call, but we prefer to visit the property in person. This helps us get a feel for the neighborhood and see exactly what we’ll be managing.

Sign Property Management Agreement
Once we have the property details, we can prepare your PM agreement. This document outlines the details of our partnership and can be signed online.
